House sharing in 50+ home - Price: 350 in Yankton, South Dakota

I am looking for a person to share a house with me.  It is actually a three bedroom mobile home.  I would like someone to move in as a roommate and share expenses.  Your share of the expenses would be $350 a month.  That includes wireless internet, local phone, satellite tv, electricity and lot rent.  I dont use propane so there is no expense there. The house is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable.  You would have your own bedroom (partially furnished) and the use of most of the rest of the house with the exception of my bedroom.  You can be male or female but please be over 30 as this home is lived in by someone over 50 years old.  You can have pets but at present there is no fenced yard so a dog would have to be tied up.  However this place does have a large yard which you are welcome to use and plenty of parking around it.   A cat lives here now.  You must have a vehicle of your own as this is a small town and sort of remote so you will need it to get around.  The closest big town is Yankton, SD and it is about 40 minutes drive from here on a good day.  That is where most people have to go to work.  It would be best if you were retired or semi retired but that is something we can compromise on if you decide to stay here.  This room is not big enough for a couple or a family.  This is not a hotel or a bed and breakfast.  It will not be rented as such and will not be treated that way.  You will be sharing a home.  I live a laid back lifestyle and would like to find someone similar.  I would charge $200 a month in rent if someone wanted to work on the house a few hours a week.  I'm not talking a full time job, just a couple hours a week.  I can't afford to support anybody, the main reason I am even considering letting someone into my home is I need help with the expenses.   If you choose to pay the full rent you will not be asked to do anything except clean up after yourself.
